Seller Terms
This page explains the current FYS Mall policy. Review it before placing an order or submitting a request.
An applicant must provide accurate business, contact, address, catalogue, and authorized-representative information. FYS Mall may request reasonable identity, ownership, tax, bank, brand-authority, product-source, or compliance evidence through an appropriate secure process. Application review does not guarantee approval or activation.
Sellers must use the correct product name, model, condition, images, description, specifications, included accessories, stock, PKR price, warranty provider, warranty duration, exclusions, and delivery information. A seller must promptly correct or remove inaccurate content and must not make false bank, gateway, certification, performance, origin, discount, or authenticity claims.
Sellers must maintain stock, prepare the correct product, protect it for transit, dispatch within agreed handling times, provide accurate tracking, preserve serial information, and respond to support requests. Sellers must not contact customers for unrelated marketing or request payment outside the approved checkout flow.
Payment collection, settlement timing, reserves, deductions, commission, tax documentation, and other fees apply only as stated in the seller's approved written commercial schedule. No commission rate, settlement date, or guaranteed sales volume is implied by these public terms. Sellers must maintain accurate order, invoice, fulfilment, refund, and accounting records.
Sellers must cooperate with published cancellation, shipping, return, refund, warranty, complaint, and payment-dispute procedures. Where a seller supplied a wrong, counterfeit, incomplete, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed product, the seller may be responsible under its written commercial terms for the resulting return, replacement, refund, delivery, dispute, or investigation costs.
Sellers may access only the information needed for approved seller functions and must protect it from unauthorized access, copying, marketing, disclosure, or retention. Passwords, payment credentials, private keys, and customer authentication information must never be requested or stored. Suspected compromise must be reported immediately.
FYS Mall may review listings, request evidence, remove content, hold affected activity, restrict tools, suspend a store, or terminate seller access where necessary to investigate risk, protect customers, address repeated performance failures, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Valid orders, refunds, records, confidentiality, and dispute obligations survive suspension or termination.
These terms form the public baseline for seller applications and platform conduct. An approved seller may receive additional written commercial, operational, data, or gateway requirements. If a signed seller agreement conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict, subject to applicable Pakistani law.
